Although the second practice session of the weekend for the GT World Challenge powered by AWS field was interrupted by two red flags, the competitors were still able to complete a solid amount of running in preparation for the Qualifying session to follow later in the day. Current Pro-Am championship leader Tom Sargent showed his pace with the No. 32 GMG Racing Porsche, putting it at the top of the timesheets with a time of 1:19.493. He was followed by another Pro-Am entry, the No. 27 JMF Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO, who features an updated driver for this round with Jason Daskalos and Philip Ellis. AF Corse USA's Am class Ferrari 296 GT3, the No. 163 of Jay Schreibman and Benny Simonsen, impressed by going third overall. Random Vandals Racing followed closely in fourth with Derek DeBoer and Hampus Ericsson in the No. 99 BMW M4 GT3 EVO, and Cameron Lawrence and Alex Sedgwick in the No. 6 Dollahite Racing Ford Mustang GT3 made it five different manufacturers in the top five.
