TR3 Racing is proud to announce its return to GT World Challenge America powered by AWS for the 2026 season. Following a focused period of strategic preparation, the South Florida based team will campaign the No. 9 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the Pro-Am category, piloted by duo Brayton Williams and Will Bamber.
Williams makes his career debut with TR3 Racing after working intensively with the team. Over the past season, Williams has been fully immersed in TR3 Racing’s operations, participating in a comprehensive testing across multiple North American circuits to master the Mercedes-AMG GT3 platform and prepare for top-level GT competition.
Joining Williams in the cockpit is TR3 Racing PRO driver Will Bamber, who returns to the team for his second consecutive season. Bamber’s 2026 campaign builds on a highly successful 2025 season, during which he delivered standout performances in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo championship.
Founded by the Romanelli brothers, TR3 Racing has established itself as a multi-championship-winning organization dedicated to developing drivers and delivering results at the highest levels of professional motorsport. With programs spanning from GT3 competition and premier single-make championships, the team has built a distinguished track record with world-class manufacturers, including Mercedes-AMG and Lamborghini.

“We are thrilled to return to SRO and are proud to announce our PRO-AM driver pairing, Brayton Williams and Will Bamber. Williams has been working with us for the past couple of years. Watching his growth, dedication, and commitment has been extremely rewarding. He has poured his heart into this program. The countless test days, the long hours, the desire to learn every detail of the car and the craft. His dedication, humility, and relentless drive to improve are exactly what we value at TR3 Racing. Pairing him with Will Bamber, who had such a strong 2025 season with us, and has been such a great part of our team, gives Brayton the perfect teammate. With much of our core crew returning from previous campaigns, it feels like getting back to our roots while also embracing an exciting new format that energizes the entire team. We’re motivated, prepared, and very excited for what lies ahead in 2026.— Gregory Romanelli, Team Owner
