SRO Motorsports America hosts a weekend of sprint races on the 3.27-mile, 17-turn circuit for five series, including North America’s premier GT series, the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS, GT America powered by AWS, Pirelli GT4 America, TC America powered by Skip Barber, and Toyota GR Cup North America.
Thursday and Friday
At-track entertainment fuses with the SRO Motorsports Twitch community Thursday and Friday at the track. The test and practice sessions are brought to life by the voices of Kyle Heyer and DJ Clark. The duo are the voices of the SRO America paddock and, for the first time will join the online community as hosts of the Twitch show.
Heyer and Clark add a lively color commentary to the thrilling race action. Compliment their conversation with Live Griip live timing. The Live Griip studio makes it easy to follow class battles, lap times, and pit strategy for the five SRO America series. Live Griip is the perfect accessory for any race fan.
Saturday and Sunday
Daniel Gilligan of Williams Esports brings his sensibility and humor to Twitch as he hosts SRO Pit Pass on the SRO Motorsports Twitch Saturday and Sunday. The morning starts bright and early at 8 a.m. ET with qualifying. Each series takes its shot, crowning a ROWE Pole Award winner. All series are covered on Twitch with the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS additionally streamed on the GT World YouTube page.
It's off to the race come Saturday afternoon, with each race being live-streamed on the GT World YouTube page and Twitch. GT America powered by AWS Race One kicks off the selection of competitions at 1 p.m. sharp. Sunday brings around a series of final races with the grand finale of the weekend being Race Two for the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS series. The pre-race includes an open fan walk bursting with activity as cars, drumlines, and color guard take to the grid ahead of the national anthem and final green flag.
CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa
The conclusion of the VIRginia International Raceway weekend turns all eyes on the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa. CrowdStrike by Riley, Samantha Tan Racing, K-Pax Racing, GMG Racing, Winward Racing, Sun Energy 1 are all US-based teams running the endurance race. Ash Vandelay will showcase the full field as she rejoins the Twitch stream on SRO Motorsports for a mobile rendition of the SRO Pit Pass for CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa.
