ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced an official partnership with SRO Motorsports America to expand GT Racing and the next generation of racing simulators.

“SRO has made it our mission to partner with the best of the best,” said Robbie Montinola, SRO Motorsports America vice president of marketing and communications. “With esports a big part of our global strategy and its deep connection with our real-world racing championships, a partnership with ASUS ROG further enhances that tie.  Their reputation as a leader in its industry fits perfectly with our other technology partners like AWS and CrowdStrike. Add in the fact that many of our racers already use ASUS ROG hardware in their personal sim training, this makes for a great collaboration.”

Through this partnership, ASUS will market its Republic of Gamers (ROG) monitor, desktop, and laptop product lines, along with other hardware to the greater motorsports community to provide the ultimate, immersive racing simulator experience. Each SRO Esports Racing simulator station will be equipped with top-notch ASUS ROG monitors and desktops: including the ROG Strix XG43UQ, a 43-inch 4K HDMI 2.1 display, and the Strix GA35 desktop and Scar 15 and 17-inch gaming laptops. The ROG product lines will be integrated into future Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS Racing events, as well as the upcoming MobileEye GT World Challenge America Esports Championship.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with SRO Motorsports America and provide a unique esports experience to racing and gaming enthusiasts,” said Deb Lee, senior manager of brand marketing at ASUS North America, “as the new official partner of SRO Motorsports America, we’re excited to provide the latest ROG gear to aspiring sim racers and contribute to the growth of the racing sim community!”

ASUS Republic of Gamers empowers present and future gamers, streamers, and gaming talent with the tools they need to compete at their best. With the high demands of sim racing on gaming hardware, the ROG product line will set the pace in providing sim racers with leading performance, premium features, and stylish design from desktop gaming PCs to gaming monitors and more.

The Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS season kicks off this weekend at Sonoma Raceway, April 15th – 17th.
