Rain Hampers GT World Challenge America, GT Sports Club America Practice at Road America

Elkhart Lake, WI - Rainy conditions hampered Friday morning's GT World Challenge America powered by AWS and GT Sports Club America practice session at the 4.048-mile, 14-turn Road America circuit.

With a steady rain falling and conditions not optimal, only two cars took to the track during the 60-minute practice session. Pro/Am Championship contenders Rodrigo Baptista in the Squadra Corse #1 Ferrari 488 GT3 and DXDT Racing's Colin Braun in #04 Mercedes-AMG GT3 completed laps.

GT World Challenge America teams and drivers now get set for Friday's second practice session scheduled for 2:25 pm Central.
